Shipping Policy & Info

Jesus Freak Club offers standard shipping options to domestic and international destinations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

 

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.

Also, please allow 24-48 hours handling time in addition to the shipping times while we get your order ready to be shipped.

At Jesus Freak Club, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. To maintain this commitment, we have established the following policy regarding insufficient orders during the shipping process:

1. Order Confirmation and Communication:

   • Upon receiving an order with insufficient details for shipping, Jesus Freak Club will make every effort to contact the customer promptly. We will attempt to reach out via email or phone up to 2-3 times within a reasonable timeframe to confirm the necessary details for shipping.

2. Customer Response Timeframe:

   • We kindly request that customers respond to our communication attempts promptly to avoid delays in processing their orders. We understand that circumstances may vary, and we aim to accommodate reasonable requests for information clarification.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • If, after 30 days from the date of our initial contact attempt, we do not receive a response from the customer or if the customer becomes unresponsive, Jesus Freak Club reserves the right to cancel the order.

   • Orders canceled under these circumstances will not be eligible for a refund due to the resources and efforts expended in attempting to contact the customer and process the order.

4. Communication Channels:

   • Customers are encouraged to keep their contact information up-to-date to facilitate smooth communication regarding their orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they can be reached via the contact information provided at the time of ordering.

5. Exceptions and Considerations:

   • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could affect a customer's ability to respond promptly. In such cases, we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation and explore possible solutions.
