Refund policy

We truly hope you love your Jesus Freak Club pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept eligible returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unused.
In the same condition they were received.
Returned with the original Jesus Freak Club hang tag still attached.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original hang tag may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@jesusfreakclub.com as soon as possible and include photos of the item(s). We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Return Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, you'll receive an email notifying you whether your return has been approved.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a shipping error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items that are defective, damaged, or eligible for exchange while inventory is available.

If you're requesting an exchange due to sizing or personal preference, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Because many of our collections are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the requested size or item will still be available at the time your exchange is processed.
